Our number one priority is staying on schedule.
One of the reasons we’re so confident about our commitment to schedules and budgets is our background; EGS was established by Eldin Elezovic who launched EGS after working for his father – a contractor – for 40 years. In that period, EGS’ founder also worked in the hospitality industry for large hotels. This taught Eldin the value of high level, committed customer service.
In order to identify our clients' priorities, we work with owners to create a budget for a job that accurately reflects the quality they expect. We minimize surprises. And of course, we stay on schedule.
We have extensive experience working with not just homeowners, but with property management firms. In fact, we are affiliated with Impact Management, with whom we've partnered to offer renovation services.
